Pea Protein food grade is made from the high-quality non-GMO peas exported from Canada and the USA. The working procedures include separating, homogenizing, sterilizing and spray drying. It’s yellow and fragrant with strong pea taste and has over 75% protein and 18 amino acids & vitamins without cholesterol. It has good gelatinization and water-solubility including dispersibility, stability and dissolution.

According to the different manufacturing process and different protein content.

It can be divided by two groups: food grade and feed grade, normally food grade pea protein contents is more than 80%. The protein level between 50% - 80% are basicly for feed grade.

Application:

Pea protein food grade can be used in biscuit,milk powder,candy,snacks,soft drinking,sports drinking,fermentation.

Pea protein feed grade can be used in producing pet food, fish meal, aquatic, poultry meal.

Pea protein powder is made by extracting protein from peas.

It's typically used to increase the protein content of smoothies and shakes and is a great fit for almost any diet.

Pea protein is a high-quality protein and a great source of iron. It can aid muscle growth, weight loss and heart health.

Packing：Packed in paper-drums and two plastic-bags inside.

For minimal quantity：1 kg/aluminium foil bag, 5 bags in a carton.

For large quantity：25 kg/fiber drum in net weight; 28 kg/fiber drum in gross weight (can be customized).

Storage condition: Stored in a well-sealed container in a dry, cool place, keep away from strong light and heat.
Shelf life: 36 months under the conditions above and in its original packaging.
