Product description:
Sunflower Seed Meal is the by-product of the extraction of oil from sunflower seeds. De-hulled sunflower pellets contain 36% crude protein, while sunflower meal with hulls contain 26-28% crude protein. This product is obtained by grinding the residue that remains from the extraction of oil from sunflower seed. In order to facilitate handling and transportation, the meal is pelletised. The colour of sunflower meal varies from grey to black and depends on the degree of de-hulling and method of oil extraction.

Sunflower seed protein has good water absorption, oil absorption, emulsification and foaming properties. Sunflower seed powder can absorb 170% of water and 208% of oil, and its oil absorption is higher than soybean protein. Sunflower seed protein concentrate and protein isolate have similar foaming and stirring properties to fresh egg white.
Packing:Packed in paper-drums and two plastic-bags inside.
For minimal quantity:1 kg/aluminium foil bag, 5 bags in a carton.
Storage condition: Stored in a well-sealed container in a dry, cool place, keep away from strong light and heat.
Shelf life: 36 months under the conditions above and in its original packaging.
For large quantity:25 kg/fiber drum in net weight; 28 kg/fiber drum in gross weight (can be customized).
